Sedona

So, I've lived at Sedona for almost five years now. We're moving out primarily because we kind of just want a change of scenery but, this complex is definitely really solid. The complex itself is really homey, the floor plans have always been good, the maintenance is very prompt. I genuinely don't really have anything bad to say about the complex. The staff are really friendly and, have always been welcoming to myself, my girlfriend, and our puppy. The complex is very dog friendly. I've never felt like it's unsafe for our puppy either (except one time where a few coyotes walked through the complex but, haven't seen coyotes in the complex more than once in five years). I have lived at Sedona for 3 and a half years. I like that the community is clean, quiet (mostly), and its geographic location works for me. Maintenance requests are always answered in a timely manner. Unfortunately management here is obtuse when it comes to enforcing their own policies. Parking is always a problem. Commercial vehicles are stored here. Some people have 4 vehicles to a one bedroom apartment. The “independent contractors” that are hired to refurbish recently vacated apartments show no regard to current residents leaving garbage behind in shared spaces and working outside of posted hours. If you want to talk to anyone in the leasing office, you must first jump through hoops with an AI chatbot. There is allot of talk about “community” here but at the end of the day, the tenant

So living there was not the problem. We lived their for some time, any issues with the unit was addressed and they came in a timely manner. The grounds were always kept clean. The parking situation was not great, the gates never worked and were so loud. Towards the end of our lease our master bath roof was leaking from the above unit the first time they came and painted over the mold and said it was condensation (i knew better it was mold and they were too lazy to fix it ) and once we moved out they addressed the leak and replaced the drywall etc. However at that point we were already out of the unit.. THIS is where we had the issue, we were told we did not need to carpet clean the carpets because the grounds supervisor told us it would be ripped out after the time we were there ( 3 years

Wow:) Sedona is a spectacular place live at! I'm very happy here. The leasing/maintenance team are awesome in what they do. Luis is very nice and great at what's he does. I'm satisfied in the way he maintains the common area organized. His customer service is amazing!
