I’ve lived here for about six years and I wanted to give a positive review largely about maintenance. Doug and Fernando do an excellent job of providing timely repair; usually the same day or the next day. They have been the best maintenance team that I’ve ever experienced. They communicate very well. Also, the office staff such as Erika and Alex always address your concerns quickly. Erika always provides excellent customer service, is polite, and professional.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I had lived here for 2 years and out of no where they spiked the rent $300 dollars when they literally provide no good amenities in the community to justify the increase. The apartment constantly had issues, there was never any parking so we had to pay an extra $75 just to have an extra spot, and on top of that, they made the move out process the worst experience ever. We left the apartment in clean condition aside from normal wear and tear yet they want to charge over $200 in cleaning fees on top of other ridiculous fees. The turnover rate is clearly high as theres often tenants constantly moving in and out in short periods of time and multiple neighbors in the community have said how bad it is as well. This property is beautiful, the staff are very helpful. Alex and Erika in the office take my calls and emails and deal with them right away if they don't have the answer they get back to me usually same day. Maintenance is always a phone call away. Doug and Fernando are both very kind and very professional. We have lived here for 4 years now and love calling this place our home. The laundry rooms are always clean, pool is clean. The only hard thing about it here is parking. But hey it is apartment living. Something to adjust to.

A few things to consider. 1.) Very Pricey rent 2.) The big insect issue this complex has 3.) SPIDERS EVERYWHERE 4.) the pool is literally always dirty and soiled with leaves/ tree gunk 5.) parking sucks 6.) the laundry washers are small plus flying brown bugs take over the mat at night . 7.)the stoves within the unit are the worst. 8.) the Gym room is ridiculously small and cramped. 9.) The pool area needs to be remodeled. Very poor use of space and the pool itself is a disappointment. Haven’t lived here long enough to know the full details. However it’s not worth the trouble... the place is deceiving with its looks. In the day, a bunch of leaves roam the ground and at night ...SPIDER WEBS infest the complex. I rented a unit at Oak Tree Court for seven months before I sadly got transferred at my work and had to leave. This complex is clean, secure, the units are pretty large and nicely outfitted with modern appliances. Management has always been kind and responsive. I've recommended more than one friend or coworker to apply at this complex because I was so satisfied with my time living here. The location is also nice--you essentially are in the shopping district of Placentia/Yorba Linda, which are both clean and beautiful cities in the OC. If you are looking to rent here, keep in mind that as with any city complex, parking tends to be limited and extra spaces need to be rented on a monthly basis.
