I lived at Camino Pueblo & El Rancho Apartment Homes for over five years, and it’s extremely disappointing to see how much the quality of living and management standards have declined during that time. When I first moved in, I truly believed this would be a well-maintained and comfortable community. Unfortunately, the reality has been the complete opposite. Throughout my tenancy, I dealt with several major maintenance issues most notably black water repeatedly coming from my bathroom. These incidents occurred in both 2020 and 2024, forcing me to temporarily vacate my home each time. It was an incredibly stressful experience to deal with, not only because of the unsanitary conditions, but also because the issue was never permanently fixed. Worst living experience ever. The manager never smiles and always looks like she smells something foul around her. The maintenance lady Maria does anything but her job. She’s very nosy and put a dirty rag in my sons clothes one time with my load rather than asking first who’s it was and when I brought this up to the manger by leaving her a voicemail she never returned my call nor brought up the situation. But let me tell you when you do something wrong she has you on her speed dial and is very quick to come at you but when it has to do with her or her employees she just will rather go shopping than be in her office handling the situation. Make sure you get an apartment that already has flooring because if you get one with carpet they don’t give you the deposit back because they want to use

I would like to give a review for the property manager Alexandra. I moved in about two months ago, and Alexandra has gone above and beyond to make sure that the process to move in was as easy and smooth as possible. She is always on top of any request that I have and making sure to accommodate any concerns that come up. She is kind and has made me feel very welcome and at home in the last two months. I am so thankful to have someone so supportive and encouraging.

If it was possible to give zero star rating I would! The community manager, Alexandra C., was so rude and gave me so much attitude when meeting with her. She waisted my time with not communicating that she already rented out the unit after I had already schedule a viewing. I will gladly take my business else where. The apartments look alright but once you see them up close you can see things are worn down. I can only imagine what the inside looks like, and I would hate to deal with the leasing office if they have someone like Alexandra working there.

This apartment is an uphill battle against cockroaches and ants that you will not win. Great apartment for college kids or temporary living but after two years its too much. Also this company that owns it sucks, they took away 2 parking spots from the handful they offer and gave them to ‘maintenance only’ did i mention that maintenance has 4 garages and they regularly raise the price of garages? The bathroom had mold they had painted over year after year that began to show. Multiple hospital trips for ‘random sickness’. Paint peeled off the walls in sheets because the amount of layers of paint over dirty walls. Then on the way out they took the entire security deposit and then charges us $$$
