Imperial villa Apartments complex in A rating. The Manager is on top of everything if you email her or contact she gets back to you ASAP. This apartment complex has an incredible pool, gym and a basketball Net. Family oriented apartment complex.They gardeners and maintenance men are fantastic, friendly, helpful, and always smiling all-around amazing people. Imperial villa Is great place to start a family a safe environment the neighborhood is safe there’s a grocery store across the street at Chucky cheese and gas station. On top of all of that these amazing school district and Brea and Yorba Linda the possibilities are endless with living at this apartment complex.
These apartments are very nice. I've lived here for 11 years. They inspect them routinely. I've never had a problem with anything. Management is very VIGILENT and on top of everything. It's quiet and in a great area. I'm very thankful for this place.
Dump. Renters are section 8 so be warned.
