Emerald Isle Senior Apartments

I can't say enough about how wonderful Emerald Isle has been. The management Carmen and Drisana, along with staff Tanya and Rosemary at mom's luxury senior apartments. They are consistently caring, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests or concerns. The professionalism they show while also providing a warm, supportive environment gives me peace of mind knowing my mom is in such good hands. We truly appreciate the dedication and value the kindness of everyone here!

I just signed a new lease. I’ve been very happy here my first year. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The office and maintenance staff are always willing to listen and help with any issues. I would have preferred the fourth floor since my upstairs neighbor has heavy feet😂

My Mother has lived here for about 10 years. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. It is very well kept and they are always doing improvements. The pool is heated year round, they have monthly activities in addition to Card games, Bingo, Water Aerobics and more. If my Mom complains about something, I tell her no place is perfect and that she would never find a place like this at the price she pays for rent. You might find cheaper apartments but I guarantee you they will not be as nice and well kept.

These are not luxury apartments. Appliances are old. Cabinets are old . They don't furnish refrigerators like you would except in a luxury apartment. Counter tops are laminate. These are cheap apartment with a high price tag. Parking is a bad. Very few spot that you don't have to pay for. Rent is high for what you receive. They raise rent every year. We moved and they rented the apartment for less than they were going to raise our rent to. You pay to use the washer and dryers. The gas and water they use are added to you water bill every month. So you are paying twice. We had mold in our apartment and we told them and nothing was done. Even told them when we moved out. The staff members are friendly and most of the people living there are also. You do get people yelling and making a lot of

If I could it would be zero stars. They will not work with children of parents who pay thousands of dollars. Helene Yi is a liar. She said she spoke to my mother and never did. I would never rent here. Go somewhere else. This lady is disrespectful and ruthless. Plus they did not replace my mothers kitchen disposal, there is mold growing under the sink. This needs to be updated properly. Plus they enter the apartments numerous times which is unsanitary & unnecessary to “check” smoke alarms and nonsense. It’s too much for what you’re paying for. Loud tenants.
