Where to start; we never were supplied a bedroom door or mailbox key (our mailbox was open our entire 6 month stay), we had twelve maintenance requests for the heat not working in a six month period (in the dead of winter, no less) and it still never worked, the water from the faucets was rusted and yellow, the ceiling leaked yellow in the bathroom. At one point the internet connection under ground rotted and a spectrum worker told me he had never seen it so bad before. They use animal dna testing to determine who cleans up animal waste from dogs, and charge a 350 per incident, but I cleaned up after my dog obsessively, had samples retested and continued to do my due diligence in investigating what was happening and still had my animal agreement revoked. I suspect either maintenance tested

Can you salt or sand the driveways? They’re a total sheet of ice when all of the other roadways are just fine.

Lived here for about 4-5 years and left around September of 2023. Many issues with the safety conditions of the apartments especially for children but on the other hand is what my personal experience was with them. I lived with my father at the time and our apartment had many many issues multiple times. We lived on the bottom floor and we’ve had water leaking through the roof and lights multiple times. We have had the sinks overflow while we were at work and flood our kitchen with grainy water. We have had people break into the then storage units we had. The worst incident was when the management of these apartments tried to charge us close to $200 in late rent fees when we paid 2 days late because our apartment bathroom had water damaged drywall and a hole because of leaking that happen

It’s very annoying that management is so whack in managing and maintaining the apartments because I’ve water leaking out the bathroom ceiling right into toilet seat which is not hygienic because I don’t know what kind of water is dripping down and I’ve complained multiple times both in person and online request for over 6 weeks and nothing has been done till now. Also, water coming through the AC unit when it rains and windy too. I don’t know if it’s negligence or nonchalant ignorance but they needs to prioritize the lives of their tenants because the problem is health hazards and not just focus on making money off people.

Update: I am currently fighting a roach infestation and bed bugs. Do not move here. Group Five Management does not care about their tenants. Lori does not respond to calls or emails. My windows also leak and the thermostat in my unit doesn't work so I have zero control over my heat so it regularly gets above 100 degrees in my unit with all the windows open. I've lived with this complex for over a year. Everything in my unit is extremely old. I've had to do my own minor repairs on the cabinets and drawers in my kitchen to keep them from falling apart. It took me 6 months after I moved in to get a new dishwasher because the one in my unit leaked horribly. The facet in my tub is constantly running. Furthermore, everytime I take a shower water comes out of my shower head and out of the facet
