Patti was incredible to work with when dealing with the in’s and out’s of a first-time home buyer. She took the time to answer my questions, even if they weren’t fully formed or thought out. She made sure she understood what I was asking and answered to the best of her abilities, and if she did not have the answer, she would always get back to me when she had done her research. I was comfortable in being able to ask the questions I felt like I needed to ask, and never felt bad about asking them.
