Franklin Commons Apartments

I have been waiting since early summer 2025 I am very excited and anxious to move in. I know I will be very happy living here for many years to come.the staff I have dealt with have been super professional and helpful to me. It's so hard to be patient but I know it's worth it to have a home at Franklin commons. Thank you so much

I’m a former resident. I lived there for 13 years, and I can tell you that the management, and maintenance are 100% better than any they have had before! Mariah and Skylar, and Phil are definitely the best team that I have seen them incorporate in all of that time. I’m on the waiting list to come back to the apartment complex. I need to stop in and see if there’s anything else I need to fill out because I’m not sure if I had to do any type of paperwork to be put back on the list or not. My mom, and my sister, and two of my nieces also rented apartments there. So I have a history at this complex and as I said above, these guys are the best team I have seen in there during this entirety of my family, living there and myself. Thank you, Mariah, Skylar, and Phil for all you do and have done. I

Office is always friendly and has good humor. Mariah and Skylar are very prompt on resolving any issues that pop up. Great communication and good people. Currently have a waiting list but they are accepting applications.

The girls in the office were so friendly. Apartments are nice! Looking forward to moving in soon!

I had a fantastic experience touring at Franklin Commons Apartments, thanks in large part to the friendly staff, Miriah and Skylar. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and answer all my questions. The grounds are well maintained and inviting Overall, Franklin Commons offers a nice environment with excellent service and the maintenance man was also super helpful —highly recommended!
