Ashgrove Apartments

I have lived at Ashgrove for 2 months. It is very clean and very quiet, which I love. The people I have met are very nice. Rhonda T. was so helpful when I moved in. She answered all of my questions quickly. She is so nice and very welcoming.I would recommend Ashgrove to everyone.

Came with nice new appliances, very clean, and in a great area. Rhonda is fantastic and made moving in easy, and was very helpful with any of my questions or concerns!

I've been a resident at ashgrove for over 3 years now and my experience here has been great. Our leasing manager Denise has went above and beyond for me every single time I've needed her and our property manager Deanna is the best you could ask for. These lady's have looked out for me time and time again and this review alone can't express how greatful I am to have them. I had a really disappointing experience at Ashgrove Apartments. The unit I stayed in was outdated even with “renovations”, musty smell that never seemed to go away. minimal storage space, and a very low water pressure in the shower. The management was unresponsive to requests, and I had to chase them multiple times for the questions that I had and still no answers. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of living and customer service. Would not recommend staying here. There are definitely better options in the area.

I have lived at Ashgrove Apartments for over a year and it has been a great place to live. The grounds are kept nicely. The apartments are great and the staff is wonderful to work with.
