Amazing company! Everyone I've come in contact with are courteous and helpful. Vicky is just awesome. She helped Me immediately, from the first moment of contact with First Realty she has been a God-send! Getting Me into my home within 24 hrs due to an emergency move situation that I was in. Some months after moving in, She understood when my job changed and allowed time for Me to get caught up. She always responds to my calls/vcmls and emails in a timely manner. I'm grateful to have found First Realty and I'm a tenant for as long as I live in OH!

They always handle issues with due time i have been with them for two years and are very understanding that life happens. I'm hoping to finish out next year with them as I build my credit to try and get first-time buyers.

I called to see if they would be willing to rent to me with an eviction on my record. Instead of answering the question the woman asked me about what I was looking for, suggested 2 properties at the top of my price range & encouraged me to tour & apply for both homes. When the call ended I realized I never got an answer so I checked their site & they don't allow those with evictions to rent. This is the first time anyone had tried to trick me into wasting my time & money to apply for a home or apartment they knew they wouldn't allow me to rent. It's truly disgusting to meet my honesty with a lie & attempt to scam me out of an application fee.

Very nice and understanding people. Just communicate with them and they communicate right back and do their best to take care of ya! Rod especially had been very great to me but anybody I’ve spoken to has been nothing but amazing!

When I purchased two investment properties in Dayton several years ago, I simply stayed with the existing Property Management company associated with the seller — but it turned out to be incompetent. Time after time, I thought we had things straightened out, but yet another disaster would occur. Personal responsibilities where at a peak for me when I knew I had to get out, and I didn’t know where to turn. Fortunately, through a referral, I found myself talking to Rod Literal at First Realty Group, Inc. — they saved the day! With a couple signatures from me, they did all the interfacing with prior PM and the renters —and I didn’t lose the renters in the transition. Naturally, there were a few more steps and wrinkles to getting all billing and banking matters transitioned, but the finan
