That place is a joke. It was awesome at first then the new property manager. Caroline shows up and screws everything up. Rent goes up way more than what that place is actually worth mold and almost every single unit. If you ever need to make a deal with them about rent they will stab you in the back at the very last second and kick you out. They prioritize Spanish speaking tenants over everyone else, especially tenants that are grandfathered in. That place is not a good place to live. They will call the cops on you first chance they get and even if the maintenance guy gets assaulted by one of the tenants, nothing is done about it. Believe me, I used to be the maintenance guy there and I was verbally assaulted and almost physically assaulted by someone who doesn't even live there and is not

LOL this place is a joke! Maintenance accepted a job when he knows nothing about that field, I believe it was only for the free rent, I still have a leak! They close out work orders when they aren’t completed let alone never started. I have seen video footage from a couple that also live here that 2 random men unlocked her door and went right in while she was getting out of the shower and not even an apology! This is so unsafe. If you enjoy signing a lease where you’re permitted only 2 cars but the neighbors have 5 so you have nowhere to park and love the sight of underage drinking then this is the place for you!

Update- I’ve been very patient with you and understanding. I’ve communicated effectively and effectively to have the things done. Just to keep getting slapped in the face for being too nice. Today really pissed me off and I’m on the verge of doing a rent escrow account. Or just flat out moving. There is no way you closed out the work order when my bathroom looks like this! Kitchen. Hallway bathroom. Be for real.. But you got your money before your money was even due. I’m livid! Just moved here from Indiana. Just like any other property, this one has is down Falls. Gotta love being late to work because you’re unable to shower At this rate just give everyone a free months rent since we sit around waiting all day just to take a shower! So unsanitary. Believe every single bad review. Also editing to add we’ve been 3 hours with absolutely not a drop of water, we have animals no idea how they expect us to give them water or pay our bills when we can’t even shower before going into work! Make it make sense.

My apt was dirty at move in, had mold in the pantry, and was run down. The counter tops were painted. The neighbors on the fire wall side were horrid, but after the shooting(murder) there, I am pretty sure she was kicked out. I left the apartment cleaner than it was when I moved in, but the manager kept $50 of my deposit for a cleaning fee. I was told that she always does that. Utility bills were high due to shabby insulation.
