Terrible customer service. Glad I read the reviews on Reddit bc even trying to view a property was trash they couldn't keep their paperwork together they kept canceling my appointments even though I responded with confirmations it's very clear that their customer service fails their business I'm so glad I canceled today I told the lady on the phone no thank you this is the third time I've called and they've canceled my appointment every time even when I put the confirmation in the text message or email they do not have it together and if you're going to rent and give somebody your money every month I would not rent from somebody who does not have it together or a company that does not have it together. Didn't even see the apartment and it was already a terrible experience I'm sure they wil

When call for repairs they respond and come quickly sometimes on weekends
