I had a wonderful move in process with both Kara and Kathy! Answered all of my questions, moved my family in quickly, and replaced the bedroom fan that didn’t work at move in the very next day. Maintenance is great and Kara and Kathy are a pleasure. Will always recommend their services!

I have no idea what all the other negative reviews are about! I have been here two years now and love it. #TeamLukeman all the way. The response time for maintenance is incredible. Office staff is so super friendly and helpful. I look forward to using Lukeman when I decide the time for a home has come. Happy tenant here!

I don't understand the reviews saying everyone was rude.. we just got our first proper rental through them and Kara was super nice and helpful despite all our questions! Can't wait to move into the apartment honestly and I think working with them will be pretty amazing with how nice they were through the rental application and helping us figure everything out!

I have rented from this management company for almost 5 years. They have been nothing but amazing to us. They even helped us upgrade from an apartment to a house. Something was wrong with my heat yesterday I put in a maintenance request and they were here immediately and fixed it. Thank you so much Lukeman Group for being an amazing management company.

I have been renting from them For Almost 5 months now, and they have been great. Every time I put in a maintenance request, they have been out the next day and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this group!
