“I would not recommend using this appraiser. I was told that because I have a USDA mortgage I needed a special appraisal, which is simply not true. It was clear there was a lack of knowledge about USDA loan requirements. After ending the call, I contacted another appraiser who immediately confirmed that a regular appraisal was all that was needed and scheduled it without any issues.”
