Walnut Grove Apartments

Apartments ok if you like your ceiling leaking. Yes yes roofers are coming(?). Rent checks not deposited till middle or end of the month. No manager on site hardly. Phone hardly ever answered and no emergency coverage what so ever. A large type sink hole in front of apartment which the neighborhood cats live to visit to do their duty. Continuously harassing paperwork. Oh ya! A club house we cannot use. It’s storage for the complex. So come, please. Enjoy the lies.

I visit my family here quite often, they are nice senior appts. within walking distance if need be.

Awesome office manager. Katherine is a great lady. And she knows her job well.

I have a non-working water heater and the office is closed and the emergency maintenance number is not answering. Where am I living, Dystopia?

These apartments are wonderful senior housing. Best part is laundry in each apartment.
