Lakeview Terrace Apartments

I paid for an application to this apartment. Five years ago they will take your money and your application and never call you. I've made several contacts over the years.They've assured me they still have the application. I frankly feel like I was robbed out of my application fee. And the application was a qualified individual. Should be criminal to charge for application fees in the form of a money order, with zero chance of ever getting a call for the apartment.

Every time I go over there to visit my friend and see broken glass everywhere it smells like Urine in some areas and there was even vomit on the ground, I mentioned it to the manager and she said that she would take care of it. Its now been a few months since I mentioned it to her but still no results. It's still smelly and disgusting over there. 🤢

The sky is beautiful from where I sit. The stars are bright. An occasional Tweakers come out from nowhere. But then again you think about it,where are you? You're in Clearlake.

I don't personally live here but one of my family members does. The lady who manages this place is SUPER rude!!! Her name is TINA. If its still her running it.
