Clearlake Apartments

Clearlake Apartments has really stepped it up over the past few years. I’ve seen a big improvement in how things are run and how the place looks. It’s clean, well kept, and definitely stands out compared to other places around here. Karen, the manager, has been amazing. Super helpful and professional, she really made the whole process of finding a new place so much easier for me. Honestly, out of all the apartments in Clearlake, this one’s my favorite. Feels like home.

I’ve seen a big difference at Clearlake Apartments over the past few years. The place looks great, clean and well taken care of. It really stands out compared to a lot of other places in the area. Karen, the manager, has been nothing but kind, professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. One thing I really appreciate is that the staff speaks Spanish, which makes things a lot easier and more welcoming if that’s your first language.

unfortunately they have not improved the place by much. they have installed led lights but, the parking lot still floods the hot water goes out about 2 times a month there is always debris in the parking lot to cause slow leaks in your tires and they will often threaten to charge people for cluttered and dirty patios or indoor furniture on out door areas but, it never changes. the garbage pick up often skips buildings but, it is not their fault because they contract that out to another company. the topper is the mailboxes are always getting broken into so if you have anything important being sent to you be sure to get it from the mail person directly. the office people are nice but, they don't have any real say in how the place is run, the real issue is the new management company.

Have lived here for many year and have been though many different managers but I can tell you 100% this manger is the best one I ever had this is low income family apartments this management is part of the family our Community family🤎💜💛🧡💙🤍🩶🩵❤️🩷💚🖤

This apartments have good management and a good manager and they have a clean property and they don’t pay you too much on rent
