Adagio Apartments

My family and I moved in almost a year ago, and this has been the best experience we've had with a landlord or property manager. The management team genuinely cares about keeping the community well-maintained, and it shows. The grounds always look great—the grass stays green, and it's rare to see trash lying around. But when there is, the manager or maintenance guy is quick to take care of it. Beyond that, they are professional, responsive, and friendly. Even when delivering less-than-ideal news, they handle it well and do their best to help. We’ve lived in places where landlords ignored issues, even when they were serious, so we really appreciate how proactive they are here. I was a little nervous about apartment living at first, but I feel safe and comfortable here, and that means a lot

Always peaceful. The management is always delightful to deal with and is always very helpful. My particular unit has been kept perfectly maintained without issue for nearly two years. The parking area always clean and free of debris or loitering people. It’s a nice place to call home.

Can't contact anyone for help for a very long time. Going to file a complain with the California housing authority.

Superficially, the apartments are tolerable. When things break or cease to function, they do NOT get fixed in a timely fashion; if at all. You can choose to spend out of pocket but you will not be reimbursed, they'll charge you for "damages" out of your deposit. On the bright side, they will replace your filters, however, semi-annually. Silver lining?... :\ I wouldn't recommend these apartments unless you're in a bind.

My daughter has lived there for years. Management seems to.be the problem. We had to replace a refrigerator our selves after the thing went south. Other issues. Caution ⚠️ if you desire to live here. 1 star 🌟
