Was told apartment was “Move in ready” on July 24th (have proof). Moved into a roach infested apartment. Still have not received security deposits back even though all damages including roaches were present prior to move in day (which was NOT move in ready and I will provide proof). According to the lease, I deserve and have no reason not to get my deposit back, I did not cause a single damage to the apartment and barely lived there. Which I provided Donna and her boss with and found that she has blocked my number. I will be ready to take this to court as soon as I gather all my evidence. Do not live here if you want to be disrespected, scammed, and lied too.

I lived in a North Kendall Ridge townhouse and when I moved here the apartment was dirty and reeked of marijuana. There were exposed nails where carpet was worn, all of the cabinets were disgusting, there were huge holes in the ceiling and some of the walls, the ceiling fan didn't turn on, and two of the doors were busted from previous tenants. After reporting the problems repeatedly for the entire term of our lease they only resolved two of problems. Later in our lease we discovered mold growing under our sink and in our laundry room. When it came down to the end of our lease they wanted us to act as a cleaning crew and make sure the place was spotless, and while I understand wanting it clean before we leave they had an extremely in depth check list that you have to do if you want your sa

What a joke of a place....I cannot believe they take advantage of college students. My son moved in a week ago and it is a complete filthy mess. Carpeting was not cleaned and is totally black. The doors and walls are disgusting. No screens on Windows. Closet doors not hung properly and falling off. Mold in shower and toilet. No address on the apartment.....has broken windows. When I called to discuss and asked if they paint and clean, the property manager says he personally didn't but would not say they did. They are making over $1,500.00 a month and could care less about maintaining this property. I will be contacting Kalamazoo building inspection plus the news channels, they need to make sure they are fire safe plus I think there is a news story that could be told on taking advantage of

Upon moving in this was the filthiest apartment I have ever seen! Carpet was supposedly new, but filled 3/4 of the vacuum cannister from 1 room. Toilets, sinks and tubs had dirt, hair and even some poop in one of the toilets. Dirt all over the kitchen floor. Was told the entire town house would be painted before move in- nothing was painted. Mold under the kitchen and bathroom sink with water damage. No light bulbs in the entryway and outside the back door. Dishwasher is old and does not work well. Kitchen and bathroom floors old and very worn. Countertops with laminate peeling off and burn marks. No microwave - which was supposed to be included. The property manager did take $75 off the first months rent - but that is not enough in my opinion. The layout is nice and is close to campu

When we moved in, our air conditioning was broken, our hot water heater was broken, and our carpet needed to be replaced because it was literally black with dirt and had cigarette burns. Our unit had not been "thoroughly cleaned" before we moved in. The walls were painted with primer so they have a chalky feel. Our air conditioner is still not fixed, 4 months later, despite many calls and maintenance requests. It took them two weeks to replace our hot water so none of us were able to shower or do laundry. Our parking lot is not plowed often enough so our cars get stuck in parking spots or getting up the hill into our complex. I would NOT recommend any of the properties through Kalamazoo Property Corp. Please go anywhere else to live but here.
