Extremely unprofessional experience dealing with this company. An available rental listing was posted on Facebook so we called this property manager to schedule a showing for the next day at 12:30, the woman, Dakota said great! The next day we were waiting at the property ten minutes past the meeting time before we called. The woman said “well did you call to confirm an hour in advance?” No, no one told us we needed to. We scheduled it just the day prior. She said, well, I have to give the current tenants 24 hour notice and I think they’re going to resign anyway, we can show you something else, and or have you look at this some other time… We took the day off for this. Was told to put in an application, which I did. Paid my 30 dollar application fee. Meet with the people in the offices, and was told the woman was willing to rent to me. Now, 3 weeks have passed. Ive called with 0 calls returned, I've emailed 3 times with 0 emails returned. If y'all needed 30 dollars that bad you could of asked. Never got word of if I got denied or accepted in 3 weeks. If you're looking to rent an apartment, look somewhere else

I've yet to find a good property management company, but this one was by far the worse. The owner was really great, made a great presentation. Everything seemed cool, signed up with them, and they had people at their company literally tell two different tenants of mine that they don't have to pay their rent because the certifications had lapsed. That's actually true that we can enforce it on their lapsed, but it is not true that they don't have to pay. That's just complete Incompetence. I stopped in the office to ask about this and instead of asking the guy how on the manager there just plant her feet and said that never happened. So I'm asking so I had two tenants make this up out of the blue independently of each other that would have no reason to make this stuff up? There was no rat

Hopefully they get it together soon. They repeatedly entered my unit without notice, even left the door unlocked multiple times. They did maintenance on the roof for months (even though they were up there a couple days total) leaving me without a parking space, that I was paying for, and didn't offer a replacement spot resulting in multiple parking tickets. They also failed to mention that my electricity bill was evenly split between all units in the building so I was paying at least 150 each month in electric for the smallest studio apt I've ever seen. I believe people and companies can change, hopefully they do because I had a horrible experience with them.

It was an absolute pleasure, dealing with this company, over the past three years. Issues are always resolved, within a reasonable amount of time, if not immediately. The owner and staff, have always been pleasant and friendly, and they take all concerns, very serious. The only reason I left my little apartment, is because I bought a house. I highly recommend leasing through them, and if I were to ever buy another house, I would utilize their management services, to rent out my current house.
