My wife and I very enjoyed living here. Nice manager group and quiet community. They take care the place very well. A little bit expensive, but it’s reasonable to have such a spacious townhouse. The basement is big enough to be an office or “unlimited” storage room. And we got 100% deposit back when moving out. No additional charge for cleaning fees. We have to move only because my wife got a new job not in Kalamazoo area.

I really miss living here, the space of the townhome was great! Tim and Kim are a dynamic duo, thank you for making our stay awesome. Work orders were completed quickly, cleanliness of community was friendly!

We've been trying to contact the office about ending our lease for a week through email, phone, and stopping by the office and haven't been able to get into contact with anybody. We also have a service request out about the black mold in our bathroom which is being ignored. This is the only apartment I've lived at that I've ever considered breaking the lease early due to the dangerous area and low quality apartments. There are weekly gunshots, car break ins, hit and run accidents, etc and I would never recommend this place to family or friends.

Lived here for a year. Staff was super friendly and our apartment was updated and very nice. Parking was a bit rough at one point, but I think the staff handled it and it got much better. Dog park was great! It is a very dog friendly community. We had no problems with the other dogs. No noise issues. Would recommend.

This place is absolutely terrible! I used to live next-door in the Cedar Trail‘s apartments and we could hear several fights, riots, police knocking on doors, numerous fights, gunshots, and people threatening others with knives. I never even lived in these places and from what Ive heard and seen next door, my best advise for you is to not walk but run away from this place! Oh and also the kids next-door would cross over the fence and use our pool and basketball and throw rocks at our vehicles and nothing was ever done about it. They would also yell rude and insulting comments to my husband and I and all we were doing is just relaxing on our deck! Just to give you an idea of how disorganized and destructive the people in these houses really are. I lived next-door and I would never rent over
