Crosstown Parkway Apartments

They didn't call me after I filed out am app then they dropped me out of their hosting list without notice. I was very disappointed. Can we say discrimination.

The staff does not care about any of these people. Anyone living here. I watched the manager roll her eyes because it's one of the residents was talking to her. If you don't like your job, get the hell out

I currently live in one of their apartments at the top of the building they fix the roof 10 days ago and my ceiling is leaking I asked to be put into another place until the leaking gets fixed they put me in apartment 404 no toilet no refrigerator no stove just to sleep until something can be done I had to come back to my apartment just to use the bathroom I asked for a decent place until mine can get done I didn't get it this place treating people like dirt people are being told no they can't do anything because everything you do is a violation and all the letters we get that tell us what's happening always end in a threat you'll be terminated or violating one of their stupid rules no fun no privacy and we can't say no even if it's wrong

I have lived here for going on fifteen years. I am deeply disappointed how this place has changed. When I first moved here we had good management. Mgrs come and go like a revolving door. We've had severe maintenance issues. Workers were hard to keep which means our maintenance was not done properly or in a timely manner. Many things are overlooked. The staff likes to issue their rules for us but our needs are not met. At times we are talked to like we are children. Yep, we are seniors but not dumb. I ve been pushing an issue for two yrs. Now regarding a disrespectful neighbor. Not one thing has been done. We pay our rent here and the staff forgets that they are supposedly working for us. Finding other places to live is a nightmare. This place needs huge help!!!!

I have lived here at Crosstown for 7 wonderful years. My apartment is comfortable and enjoyed! BUT, the management team can be horribly uncaring. They do not know how to speak to seniors with respect. They seem to think most of us are doddering old people on the brink of dementia. I found out that Kalamazoo Public Safety do not have the ability to enter the building. No no not possible. I am lying on the floor in pain call 911 but I am not able to buzz them in. Why should I have to? Emergency services should be able to enter easily! Why?
