Getting better than it used to be when I stop by this park. They do have a community pool near the front of park across from the office

We attempted to rent a trailer from them the office lady PUSHED us to buy as 21 year olds who can’t afford a trailer and we explained that to her we would only like to rent, A day later I get a email saying a loan in my name was denied, When we called them asking about she blamed us for the fact she signed us up for loan and was very disrespectful. That was the end of us trying to get a trailer from them. Definitely don’t recommend and from the other reviews I’ve seen this new management doesn’t have a clue what they are doing.

This is a review I'm posting about the maintenance staff here at Americana estates. I've met cliff in the past very nice guy and a new one they brought on is Adam he is also very nice because his job well and very quick and accurate at what he does very well mannered very polite I feel comfortable playing he's in my home talking to me about fixing things very nice guy. Only thing I don't like about Americana estates is raising the rent every year I'm on social security how many fixed income and it seems like they would want somebody that's been paying the rent on time since I've lived here rather than for somebody out by raising the rent every year pretty soon it's going to force me out to look for another place which I don't want to do I wish there was some way to stop the rent from going

I moved out of lot 6 September 1 2023 and I still have not received my security deposit. Apparently the first check was “lost” and new one was re-issued and sent October 17 2023. I still have not received it and every time I call the office I either get no answer or the run around because the manger or whoever handles the security deposit checks is never in the office. I’m sick of waiting for MY MONEY. You guys already have a new renter in that property.. so they’ve paid first and last plus rent every month. So the money is there but I just don’t have it. If I need to get my lawyer involved please let me know. 45 days has passed and I’m not waiting another 45. I never had a problem like this before and would never recommend anyone to stay at “YES COMMUNITIES” properties because of the lack

Hate it here. The music never stops. Every day is a fiesta. I had to quit 3 jobs because I couldn't get sleep. The kids run around un supervised. If you love noise pollution this is the place for you
