We had Dave Zellar build us a house in the Poolsbrooke Development in Chittenango. The house is well built for the most part but getting Dave to respond is just about impossible. We had issues with various details not being done as we requested. We still have some issues that need to be resolved. Since moving in and speaking with others in the neighborhood but have discovered this is a common problem with Dave Zellar. He doesn't follow up and get back to you. This was true during the building process but even worse after the house is done.
I purchased a Zellar home recently- closing is next week. David will not reply to me about the basement water issue.
