I had a great experience working with Robyn during my move into Manlius Academy. As a first time mover, I had a lot of questions, and she was incredibly attentive, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. She made everything easy to understand and was always quick to respond and help however she could. Thank you!

I just recently moved in, but so far the experience has been great! The property manager Robyn really knows what she’s doing and is very kind and willing to work with you, which is a nice change from previous places. Community seems quiet, peaceful, clean and full of nature. The buildings themselves are old and have character that can’t be found in new construction, and the personal garages are a very nice feature. So far, so good!

My son recently moved there just a few months ago his experience at move in was exceptional. Shortly after moving in he had a maintenance issue and the manager Robyn was very helpful and polite and got the Maintenance Team to fixed the issue very timely. Anytime my son has had an issue Robyn has been very polite and overly helpful to assist him and his girlfriend with the electric company issue they had and confusion with parking. Its nice to know that there are still places local that understand the meaning of good customer service.

I recently moved to Manlius Academy, and I’m thrilled to be here. The apartment is charming, and the neighborhood is peaceful and well-kept, with a sense of mutual respect among everyone. As many reviews mention, Robyn from the management office is truly exceptional. From the moment I reached out to inquire about a one-bedroom availability, she was always prompt and incredibly helpful. The entire move-in process went smoothly, and Robyn was consistently supportive. On move-in day, she made sure everything was in perfect order, which I greatly appreciated. I moved to Manlius Academy in August and I just love it here. It’s clean, it’s peaceful and I love the quaintness of my apartment. Robyn was wonderful to work with and worked hard to find an apartment that met my needs. The location is perfect and the apartment community is friendly.
