Suburban Park Apartments

11:00 PM 3 degrees and after 2 attempts to correct my heating problem, Elijah knocks at my door. Very polite, and i am amazed that they are still helping me sooooo late, so cold and just very worried about the situation knowing that we are preparing for a bad storm. (Jan 24th, 2026). Elijah patiently asked a few questions and checked what no one else had…..a simple thing…the batteries in the thermostat! FIXED! Staff is very good about assistance but of course in any situation, be reasonable, ASK NICELY, and say thank you. Lived here a while, it’s quiet, premises are well cared for, trash and recycles weekly, snow timely, school busing on time and children are well attended. Apartments are the nicest in the area; believe me, i looked! Moved back here, home, from NYC after many years. AND of

I moved in three weeks ago and so far everything is amazing. We had a few things that needed attention and it was addressed promptly and efficiently. The maintenance staff was beyond friendly and nice. They got everything done promptly and the management made sure to stay on top of everything to make sure that my needs were satisfied and met!

Suburban Park Apartments is a wonderful place to live. The units are attractive ,spacious and newly renovated and the Suburban Management team is amazing! The recent renewal of my lease was effortless .They are prompt in responding to my requests /concerns and as a tenant and they always conduct a follow up to ensure that my question or request has been handled to my satisfaction. They very courteous and professional and great to work with. Great new management! The new maintenance staff is very pleasant and gets the work done efficiently. We even have a a dog park now which is a great benefit for my little dog! 02/02/24 I recently had an issue with the rain causing a such a significant disruption in my sleep, the gutter system was broken on my building. Thank you Suburban Management! They came within 3 working days to repair the issue. Suburban Management LLC really cares about their tenants.

I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for today, to have my bathroom door fixed, and oven light changed,with a few other repairs…Alfredo and Abner came immediately this morning , and did the repairs very fast. They were very polite and did a great job… Thank You!
