A Best Home Inspection

5/5 Stars. Tom visited my house to review the basement and house area. He clearly explained the radon mitigation process to me. He did a beautiful job of installing the mitigation system. The radon levels started to drop almost immediately. The levels are now barely detectable. He installed the system using the least intrusive path. He was extremely professional, efficient, and fair. I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who needs help with radon in their home.

Tom is one of the most experienced and trustworthy inspectors/contractors I have ever worked with. His radon mitigation system was installed in a matter of hours, and his attention to detail and clean work style surpasses anyone's I have ever seen. Not only did his system get the radon levels in my home down to near 0, there is virtually no ambient noise from the fan. Great job Tom! I would recommend him to anyone.

It was great to have Tom doing Radon mitigation in our house. He is a very knowledgeable professional and explained the process nicely and proposed a detailed two-stage plan for the mitigation. However his first stage of plan was effective in bringing down the radon level from 4 to 0.6, so we did not have to try the second stage. Nonetheless I liked his planning. Absolutely happy about the work that Tom did on radon mitigation.

Just bought the house with a radon level of 6.0 pCi/L. Now absolutely delighted to see my radon level drop to < 0.3 pCi/l after radon mitigation system installed by Tom Francis. Amazing quality of work in one day, powerful fan and a brief education. What more can you ask from an honest professional? The best part is the price is very affordable. Now I can breathe easier in my basement. I highly recommended Tom.

Selling my property and though an existing mitigation system was fitted a pre sale home inspection reported high radon levels. Tom was quick to respond, checked out the system and rather than charge me he suggested some simple improvements I could do myself, he then came back and tested after I followed his recommendations. The retest levels were less than half the original levels. Thanks Tom
