Terrible. After 24 months of residency my mother, while dieing on in-home hospice care was told her lease could not be renewed. After she paid every single months rent on time. Then the local property manager, had her AC disabled and refused to fix it. So for more than 10 days now, they expect my dieing mother to go without Air-conditioning. I had to put a window unit in. While the manager avoids phone calls and the local office is locked and blinds closed. Do NOT give these people your time or money. Ill edit later to show pictures
