Mills Creek Preserve

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Mills Creek Preserve Apartments. The community is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained, and it truly feels like home. The grounds are always clean, the apartments are spacious, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The management and staff deserve a huge shout-out — they’re friendly, professional, and actually care about their residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a world of difference. I also love the location — convenient to everything but still tucked away enough to feel calm and private. If you’re looking for a place that’s safe, welcoming, and well taken care of, Mills Creek Preserve is absolutely worth it. I couldn’t be happier here!

My boyfriend and I looked at a lot of other complexes before moving in this past December and Mills Creek Preserve really stood out. Compared to other places we toured, the units here are more modern, the complex is very well kept, and the amenities are a huge plus. We think that the rent is priced fairly and includes things most other complexes charge separately for. The moving process was incredibly smooth. Christian, Emma, and Bibi in the office have been kind and accommodating and answer any questions we have.

Lived here 4 years… practically since the opening, and it’s the best complex I’ve ever rented from. I’ve moved quite a bit in my life, some places in Nassau and many in Duval (a decade ago, and within short time frames). As a single parent raising three kids, I wouldn’t want to live elsewhere. It’s safe, it’s secluded, it’s very well taken care of, and when I have a maintenance request or any other concern, every time, in 4 years, it has been acknowledged within the hour, and someone is at my door in less than 12. We’re in a 3bd, so it’s almost 1400squ ft, XL living space. Maintenance and employees not only keep up with your apt, but the property as well, rotating plants and decor through the seasons… they’re involved and create events with food trucks. Management goes above and beyond.

I’ve lived here for just about a month now and so far we are loving it. We really enjoy the area and how it feels very secluded and not right in the middle of town, but yet super close to everything we need. The best feature is the kitchen, the cabinet space is amazing! The staff has been super friendly-we looked at quite a few other places in the area and are super happy with our choice!

I've been a resident since 2023 and love this community. The rent is very competitive especially when you add in all that is included. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, have great communication, and are always willing to help. It is still close to everything but has that suburb vibe. I would definitely recommend this as a place to live.
