The homes present well and the price point appears reasonable. Just be careful with finding out all the details. Ask to see the price list for the options before you hand over any money. My husband and I had a terrible experience with Riverside Homes. The initial meet and greet will be great and the rep will provide you with all the information you will need UNTIL the contract comes and nothing what you discussed is in the contract. The problem is that they already have your "non-refundable' lot deposit which gives Riverside Homes the opportunity to lie to you in the beginning, take your money under false pretenses and then do the ol' switcheroo. BUYER BEWARE
Gorgeous, well-appointed models with knowledgeable sales associates. Beautiful grounds with SO MANY AMENITIES! Excellent price points. If you are looking for a new home, check our Wildlight!
