The picture below show a beautiful amenity center, including tennis courts. Since I have purchased a home, Lennar has had a change of plans and without any notification to our community has now removed the tennis courts - Bate and switch! **BUYER BEWARE!**
Drove all the way to Lennar at Tributary to find them closing in the middle of the day. I wanted. I said to see the 3 smaller models. He said we don’t make those anymore and drove off. Okay! I will look at another builder then.
Lakeview at Tributary in Yulee, FL (a 55+ community), looks like it will be a really nice place to live. However, having a resort style pool that is NOT heated for year round use is absolutely ridiculous. 5his property is located about 25 miles NORTH of Jacsonville, FL. If this resort style pool is not heated that means gghe residents of Lakeview at Tributary (and members of the "Lennar Family"), will not be able to use it for about 5 months out of the year? Really?? A 55+ community that has a beautiful 8,000sf clubhouse, a fitness center, tennis and pickel-ball in courts and a resort style pool that can't be used 5 months out of the year?? Come on Lennar......make this pool useable every single day of every single year!!
Nice place. They definitely need a turning lane to turn into Tributary. I've almost been hit several times turning in from State road 200.
