Good place. Clean, and affordable - with kind neighbors. Maintenance has shown every time within a day of request, and is helpful and fast. Matthew and Jacob are also super kind and helpful and respond quickly. There is on premises laundry but also a laundromat a block away if you so choose - I've personally not seen the on prem laundry full once but the choice is there. You can use an app to pay which is nice, but it does get slightly hot in there, and they could use a folding table or two. Overall though, best place we've lived so far in Bloomington after six years. Thanks guys!

I had an amazing stay here!! The apartments are amazing, And I loved it! The people in the office are amazing with their tenants. They deff work with you and are there to help!! it’s a great neighborhood, everyone is friendly & out of the way for the most part. The apartments are a great price and are very nice. I 100% recommend.

Woodland Springs is an older apartment complex. I've lived here for 2 1/2 years. I haven't had the bad experiences that others share. For my part, I've found the staff amenable and attentive. On the occasions that I've needed maintenance, the work has been done well and in a timely manner. Like all apartment complexes, the units are way over-priced. But, that's the unfortunate reality of the current rental world.

Without hot water for 2 plus months. Was told by the office staff to go use the shower in the vacant apartments in another building where their hot water works. This is unsanitary and unsafe.

Still haven’t received deposit from a year ago . Also I tried contacting you guys by phone and in person. You guys just waved me off said we will contact you never did. I moved out 05/31/2024. Ok I will be giving you guys a call.
