The maintenance man Robert is absolutely amazing! He tested every possible explanation to determine the problem and made sure it was fixed. He explains the issue to you and makes sure you understand what has been done. I do not have enough nice things to say. Pam the leasing agent is also incredible! She is always there to answer my questions and make sure everything in my apartment is running as it should. As someone newer to the area, she made sure I felt comfortable and safe, while looking for a place to live. She is amazing!

I had my washer and dryer replaced, and Chris handled the job perfectly! He was incredibly polite, friendly, and respectful—he even took off his shoes before entering my home. Not only did he install everything smoothly, but he also cleaned up afterward, leaving my place just as tidy as before. I’ve seen Chris multiple times for other maintenance work, and he’s always been professional, kind, and never rude. He responds quickly to requests and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly. Even after replacing my washer and dryer, he followed up a couple of times to ensure everything was running smoothly. If you ever need maintenance, Chris is the guy you’d want helping you. Highly recommend!

I've had a really great experience with the leasing management team overall. They’re always professional, organized, and quick to respond whenever something comes up. You can tell they care about keeping things running smoothly and making sure residents are taken care of. That said, I especially want to shout out Pam Crandall. From the start, she’s been amazing to work with — super helpful, patient, and on top of every detail. She made the whole leasing process so much easier than I expected, and I always felt like I was in good hands. Pam truly went out of her way to make sure everything was handled smoothly and without stress. Big thanks to Pam and the whole team!

I love Cedarview! I have had such a great experience with them so far! They are very responsive and engaged. They host multiple events bringing us altogether! They host watch parties for the away games with complimentary food and drink, activities, and prizes! % stars for me!

I'm shocked that more people aren't appalled at the non-refundable "refurbishment" fee that basically makes tenants pay for ALL NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR at lease end. Talk about shady. My son's apartment was in better condition when he left than when he moved in so we basically paid for the next tenant to move in to a sparkling apartment that Cedarview barely had to do anything to. The company pays for nothing if the TENANT pays for cleaning, carpet cleaning, and painting!! I'll be looking into these deceptive practices to see if anything can be done so this potentially illegal wording doesn't continue to make future tenants pay for something that the company should be paying for! READ YOUR LEASE THOROUGHLY and know you're being taken advantage of when you will have to pay for cleaning,
