Me and my partner lived at the Abodes Ulysses property for about a year and a half and found this to be an amazing first apartment for us. We had a pretty small apartment, but for the 2 of us it was perfect! The staff was great and always responded very quickly, and maintenance was quick to address any problems. Overall, a great first apartment.

I cannot say enough good things about the Abodes management. Heather and the office staff were consistently responsive. The maintenance men were always kind and helpful and loved seeing our dog. By far the best leasing agency in Bloomington! Wish we could’ve lived at the Woods at Latimer sooner, it is a beautiful property.

I loved living at the Woods at Latimer. I spent almost three years there with my dog. From the walkable neighborhood to the great office and maintenance staff, this is the perfect place for a young professional who doesn't want to fuss with being a homeowner. There is A TON of storage and closet space, considering it's a one-bedroom apartment, and the private deck out back makes the place seem so much bigger in the spring and summer. Couldn't recommend this complex more.

Lived in "The Woods" for 5 years. Great apartments, very good location! When needed, the maintenance crew was always quick to respond and very helpful. They are pet-friendly (for an extra fee) and have on-site recycling. The main office was always very responsive to our needs. I would recommend Abodes and "The Woods" to anyone looking for an apartment in Bloomington.

I've lived in the Woods complex for a year and I love it! I'm a grad student at IU and the apartment is very convenient to campus but still feels removed enough from the business of campus. It's right on 2 major bus lines and near several major grocery stores. The apartment itself is very spacious and has many large windows. My place faces the woods and has a nice patio for working outside. The property is pet friendly and my cat loves lounging by the window watching all the animals coming out of the woods. Highly recommend!
