Scholar's Quad Collegiate Apartments

Great apartments! We don’t face many issues, and when something does come up, the Renaissance team resolves it promptly. The location is unbeatable! I also love the snacks and treats they occasionally stock in the break room

These apartments are great. Very quiet yet close to campus, well built and maintained, and super clean and classy looking inside. Parking is a nightmare if you come home any later than 7 or 8. You will still be able to find a spot in the complex but it may be a bit of an extra walk. Mailboxes are in a room attached to the leasing office which requires a key to get into after hours (which is nice). The apartment doors have electronic keys for increased safety, but you won't even need it. I felt very comfortable walking around at night alone and since it is sort of secluded from other apartment complexes I didn't have to worry about random people hanging around. I have lived in Scholar’s Quad for about a year now and love living here. The apartments are modern and comfortable. The location is central to campus, bus stops, eateries, and shopping. Parking is free and there is always a spot close to my front door. The staff have accommodating office hours which fit my busy schedule. Very few things in my apartment have ever needed fixing, but when they have, the staff has been attentive and made the repairs within a day or two. I feel safe and at home at Scholar’s Quad. I even just signed another year’s lease!

Hi I lived in Scholars Quad for a year. As I had graduated early, I left before my leases ended. Due to some miscommunication with my existing roommate and some repairs I was not able to get my security deposit back. Laurie Scheffel helped me out. She ensured that I got my deposit back after making justified deductions. Even though I had moved to a new city she went out of the way to contact me and sent me my check. I truly appreciate her help. Also, if people are so committed to you even after your lease has ended and you have moved cities then you can imagine how committed they will be to you while living in the apartment. Beautiful neighborhood and great place to live.
