Woodcrest Apartments

I’ve lived at Woodcrest almost three years now and enjoy the open spaces and quiet atmosphere. The new management company, Beach Front Management took over in early 2023. They are slowly investing in the older parts of the building but have once again changed managers -the second one in as many years. The will advertise a pool and spa but please be aware the spa has never worked and the pool is not heated, and as of now it is closed until further notice.

Apartments and complex are very well maintained. Quiet and respectful tenants in the whole facility. Management is Great Lorena is always on top of everything since we moved in. She’s very people oriented and is a great help and very responsive.

The property manager, Lorena, has been great to work with. Very organized and prioritizes tenants needs. She's always available when I reach out to her. I would definitely recommend Woodcrest Apartments.

If there was a -1 star I'd definitely would give this place one. Management is a joke. Can never get a hold of them, and they never call back. The gate works a week and then breaks and stops working for a 3 to 5 days and that's on and off. As a couple of people has said it before here, water is constantly interrupted due to "leaks". If something breaks and you let "management" know, they will for sure "Manage" to blame it on you and not fix anything. The pool has a light in it and used to be on at nights, I guess management got too stingy and light was turned off permanently. Jacuzzi is a joke, worked for a a month or so a few years back but it doesn't any more. Well, I'm sure it does work but f....g stingy management turned it off and it sopped working. I have a friend that lives in this property, and I love how spread out the apartments are, the grounds are clean and the landscaping looks nice with all the trees surrounding it. Her apartment is nice, and not small. They have a pool and Jacuzzi in the middle of the property surrounded by the landscaping. Also my friend likes that she pays with an app at the laundry room. Plus it's near the 60 fwy, shopping center, and restaurants.
