La Sérena Apartments

Dylan at the leasing office at La Serena, was so fabulous and helpful with our move in process. He toured us to see our apartment just 3 days ago, and moved us in yesterday. He really extended his kindness to us by helping us with our quick move in and paperwork at the office taking us through step by step. If you’re planning on moving to La Serena apartments Dylan is definitely your guy! He told us we were his fastest move in! If you are doubting whether to move to La Serena, the community and apartments are so beautiful and safe! You won’t regret it.

The people that live here are some of the worst people to have around. They are an entitled yet extremely aggressive crowd that WILL affect your daily life. There are cars doing burnouts and crashing into walls in the parking area. There are people getting into constant physical altercations with each other. There are so many residents that have no courtesy towards others so don't be surprised when music comes blasting at 3am or cars are constantly revving with each other trying to make a car show in the middle of our parking lot. Also don't be surprised if another car crashes into yours because they are extremely reckless drivers in this community and there is basically no enforcement of rules by the property management. For those looking to move in, be sure to check out the Google reviews! I am always stressed because of the many "new neighbors" who moved in in 2021 and 2022. I think there are about 100 people. Suddenly so many people moved in. (People from the same country went.) However, even if you complain to the management office, they do not manage it. This is the reality in management offices. 1. Even if 5 to 10 people live in one bed room, the apartment manager here doesn't seem to care. 2. "New Neighbors" are always noisy day and night, and their children run and scream outside even after 10 p.m., so I don't sleep well every night and get stressed out. One day, they were making noise and talking all night, so I called the apartment security guard and complained, and he told me to tell the man

The rent is way over priced , the laundry room is horrible most of the machines don’t even work and people take forever to get their clothes out . Plus they suck at drying ,There is literally cats everywhere .took me 4 hours to finish two loads. The machines in the picture only one of them work
