Pheasant Ridge Apartments

I’ve had a really good experience living at this apartment. The place is quiet, clean, and maintenance usually gets things done pretty fast. What really makes it easier is the office staff especially Lina. She’s always friendly, answers questions clearly, and actually follows up when you need help. It just feels a lot more organized and stress-free compared to other places I’ve lived. Highly recommend!

This is the most disgusting and terrible place to live. The managers are awful when you need help; they’re repulsive and forget they’re employees. The maintenance is horrible; it takes them days to help you. The parking is a nightmare; they only give you one parking space, regardless of whether you have two or more bedrooms. They shouldn’t charge for water service because it’s not a condo, it’s a stinky apartment. In the laundry area, your clothes are easily stolen. You can’t leave anything outside because your packages get stolen since homeless people get in very easily, and they don’t do anything about it because, according to them, “you have to report it to the police,” thus evading their responsibility for security. If you’re looking for a safe and comfortable place to live, don’t rent

This place is ridiculous. The noise palution is unreal provided by the complex own staff. Everyday a leaf blower or lawnmower the staff stops and has loud conversations right outside your door. The parking is horrible and I just can't understand why they would give the tow truck company gate access to look for cars rather than protecting their tenants cars . I've walked around and talked to so many unhappy tenants,we really regret singing a lease at phesent ridge apartments. We are only here for a year so no big deal, but yeah we pay a lot of money for this kind of garbage we have to endure here. I would highly advise against living here

Horrible management! Absolutely horrible! Please do NOT live here. There is trash everywhere, the jacuzzi is always broken and when it’s open— it stinks. There’s rats running around the buildings….when we were touring this place it seemed so quiet but it’s all a facade! It’s all fake! There is a car alarm that goes off every single morning (5am) several times and wakes us up every single day. Leasing office has been contacted multiple times and the police! Please live here if you: don’t want any sleep, want rants in your balcony, babies crying nonstop, car alarms, then this is the place for you! Enjoy ! AND… I do NOT want a response to this review saying to contact you guys, because it’s all BS. DO NOT LIVE HERE I WANT TO SAVE YOU.
