I’ve had both good and bad experiences here. These apartments are a better place to live now that Alexis the leasing consultant is no longer here. Her extremely rude attitude is not missed whatsoever. Let’s hope they never hire someone like her ever again. The manager and assistant manager are nice, I just wish they would have did a better job making sure the leasing consultant treated the residents better. I’ve never been talked to with such disrespect. I’m just happy she is gone and I can finally feel better about going to the office with any needs or concerns without being turned away with such unnecessary unkindness.

I’m a resident here at the apartments and if I were to describe the management here I would say useless and unprofessional. The rent constantly goes up, the apartment inspections are ridiculous, what do you mean I’m not allowed to have a dirty dish in my own sink? I live upstairs near the front gate and apparently anything that is outside of the gate (for example, the huge sign where it says Palms Apartments) isn’t their property, so when I complain that there is people right outside my window smoking cigarettes every day and night, and the odor of cigarette in my room, they can’t do anything since it’s “not their property”, I’ve even experienced a man vomiting all over the front gate and right by my window and casually walking away. The AC is a joke, at least in my case, doesn’t reach the

Alexis in the leasing office is extremely rude. I called to inquire about housing. I have a few friends that live in the complex and they recommended I call. She was rushing. It’s fine, we all have things to do with our busy days. I have a service animal with me, and I disclosed that to her somewhere in the conversation of her doing my intake and before I could finish about her documentation she cut me off and told me the complex was not pet friendly. Now, I know several tenants on this property have animals. I let her know that because that’s why my friends even recommended I apply. They’ve also seen the animals. She rudely cut me off and said the complex was no longer pet friendly since 2019. I let her know I knew tenants that had moved in AFTER 2019, and had pets. So make it make sense.

I am a current resident, the only good thing about these apartments is the rent.. Alexis the girl that works in the office is so rude, no good customer service.. idk how she still works there.. talked to the manager Christian once I believe but other tenants have told me that he’s cool people, the blonde one sorry forgot her name, she is great never had issues with her. I mention to them that I was interested in a 2 or 3 bedroom about down stairs.. I live on the second floor and I have a special needs lil girl and it has become dangerous to live on the second floor because well who ever knows about autism then u will understand why.. so I went to the office and express my wants about moving to a downstairs apartment, and even tho I am already a tenant and never late on my rent, Alexis al
