I had an issue in my apartment, I ran into Don, who was on-site, he dropped what he was doing to come help me. Best guy EVER!!!

Well well what can I say good about this place??!the neighbors are nice..the neighborhood is quiet. Its a good area with grocery stores and restaurants.on the other hand the management sucks. Can't keep a good maintenance team,can't keep a assistant in the office for nothing. The new manager is rude and should not be in this kind of work whatsoever. The maintenance does not fix nothing at all! They too busy sitting in the office with the manager then doing their job.my ceiling in my bathroom has be busted and still falling down to this day since January 2017 and my tub Faucet is running which is very aggravating.i have reported to them 4 times and it's still not fixed.when I asked her why she so concerned about the parking instead fixing this raggedy place she replied with "well why do you

The previous reviews on here are old. The complex is under new management and so far, our experience has been excellent. Everyone involved has been kind and very helpful. The maintenance person has been exceptional in making timely repairs. We look forward to many happy times here.

This place is a hole in the wall. The decor is from 1970's. Bugs galore and the landlord is a slumlord. The manager is rude and doesnt know how to speak to people. The maintenance man is so rude i would be afraid foe him to be in apartment without my partner there. They never fix anything, and if they do its never done right. I lived here for 4 years and have leaks that they have never fixed. The laundry rooms are disgustingly gross and are never cleaned. The washing machines barely work. There are 4 of them and maybe 2 work at any given time. The manager doesn't deal with any issues. They will lie to your face and then deny it. Nice neighbors and neighborhood. Management was really bad, rude, and nasty, probably the worst people I've ever met, a lady and her husband. I lived there 10 years ago, and I still have such of bad memories that I can't erase them from my brain. I have so many bad experiences with them at that place, I can write a novel. Back then, my family and myself could not speak English, and they behaved so bad with us. Please, do yourselves a favor: Don't go there!
