Gateway at Pinellas Apartments

I moved in a month ago. What a great experience this has been. The property is well kept, in and out… and it’s quiet. The amenities are fantastic. The staff is super responsive and helpful. My apartment is spacious and comfortable. Couldn’t be more pleased.

My experience at Gateway was wonderful. I worked as a flight attendant and although I flew to great places all around the world, I loved coming home to Gateway. The pool area is the best and is situated where you get great sun throughout the day but can also sit out there in the evening without the sun bearing down on you. The maintenance team always arrived quickly if I needed anything. I didn’t have animals but I did appreciate that the management was firm about pet owners being diligent about cleaning up afterward. They also made sure to remind renters to be courteous with noise levels and to be mindful of neighbors. I would definitely live here again.

We moved in 1 week ago and love our apartment .It is beautiful, everyone has been super nice and friendly . We had maintenance come for some minor issues and they were prompt and resolved the issues. Gigi has been awesome to work with and has helped make the move in process easy!

I came in for a tour and honestly I liked it a lot. Amado is super nice, really patient, and he took his time showing me everything without rushing me. The community looks really well kept and the apartments are really nice. I 100% recommend people come check it out for themselves. Because honestly, I already feel like this is going to be my next home.
