I’ll be honest. I lived in one of there properties for 3 years only because it was the least expensive places I could find in the area. 5024 Emerson Ave S with 4 apts. Terrible management Kristen is awful. Smokingless might help. Pool was leaking for two years complained about the water bill they never did anything. Once the pool was refiberglassed they filled it completely then didn’t reimburse any tenants. My AC froze for years and was never fixed. The end all was the mold, floating floors from the water. Water was leaking from some where, could have been the roof they never replaced after Milton or the ac or whatever half job they did. I left January first. They also decided to take a $250 cleaning fee from me for no reason since they already taped the walls to cut the mold out. Which i

Updated January 29 Great maintenance service. Quick and professional fix. Amazing experience with 10 Stars Property! They helped me rent a house, and the entire process was super smooth, clear, and stress-free from beginning to end. I’m already happily living in the home and couldn’t be more pleased so far. I haven’t needed to submit any maintenance requests yet, but I plan to update this review in a couple of months once I do. As this was my first time renting a privately owned property, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jeannie was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful every time I reached out. I highly recommend this office!

10 star definitely lives up to it's name! It's been very pleasant to have you manage our properties so far. Minor situation snags and repairs have been handled really well. Including the hurricane minor repairs my properties had and the most recent larger plumbing pipe replacement my other property just went through. Everything has been pretty smooth the team is easy to reach out to and very efficient at getting things done.

If I can give this review 10-Stars I absolutely would! that is not a joke. As a new home owner and even newer landlord the 10-Stars team was extremely supportive when I had to relocate for work and list my property for rent. The team at 10-Stars was always ready to help, answer any questions no matter the time or day and made my experience renting out my property a Breeze from the other side of the country. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with and made one of the scariest things / risks seem not scary or risky at all. you guys were awesome and will be missed!
