Living at Rowan Pointe has truly been the best experience! The community is always clean and welcoming, and I love the little touches like the coffee and water machine in the office that make everyday life easier. The entire staff goes above and beyond. Tori, the Assistant Manager, has been absolutely incredible and has made my time here nothing short of amazing. Wendy, Sam, and Liz in the office are always so kind, helpful, and responsive unlike any apartment team I’ve worked with before. Maintenance deserves a huge shout-out too. Brandon and Greg are phenomenal and always handle requests quickly and professionally. And Austin, the groundskeeper, keeps the property looking beautiful every single day. I couldn’t be happier calling Rowan Pointe home. Highly recommend!

I love this apartment complex so much and it hurts to leave. The staff are very very nice and friendly! Tori, branden, wendy and the rest of the staff. Maintenance are awesome!! As soon as you put an order within the day they’ll fix it. The entire complex is clean and well maintained. They do activities every weekend for residents and food trucks. Residents are friendly here too! We will miss this place so much. Thank you for all the things you do for us residents we appreciate you all. 🤗🥰☺️

I had a great experience touring Rowan with Liz! She was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Liz took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. She was well-prepared, gave helpful insights about the property and neighborhood, and made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I toured Rowan Pointe with Sam, and she was absolutely wonderful! She made the experience easy and enjoyable, answering all my questions and pointing out all the great features. The community amenities really stood out to me; the pool is beautiful, and the gym has just the right equipment for a solid workout. There are also so many other cool amenities to enjoy. The apartments themselves are just as impressive, with nice finishes and thoughtful features that make them feel like home. Overall, a great experience and a beautiful community!
