Westridge Apartment Homes

I had a great experience living at Westridge Apartments for the last 12 years. The community was well kept, and maintenance was always responsive and reliable. Jesus, the maintenance manager, was especially outstanding—professional, friendly, and quick to fix any issues. He really made living there stress-free. I would definitely recommend Westridge Apartments.

Diane is the BEST, my fiancé and I were looking to find our first place together and Diane made it the easiest and smoothest transition and explained everything perfectly, she answered all questions. She truly made me feel at home and so welcomed as well as our neighbor, very friendly complex. Everyone is so sweet at the leasing office🩷

I wish I could give less stars. Neighbors fight in the middle of the night and there were rats in the attic. I let management know that there were rats and it needed to be inspected. They let me know they would inspect. It took over two weeks for them to get pest control to inspect. The pest control said there were multiple rats and put bait/traps. After two more weeks, there were still rats. Each time there was rat poop in the apartment from them accessing the attic and big animal hair (rat, opossum?) which I showed to management. They would wake me up throughout the night and were in the attic and under the bathtub. Management never followed up with me, I had to keep reaching out to them and none of them had communicated about the problem. I asked to move out a month early and to not hav

I've lived at Westridge Apartments for about three years now. I have never had an issue with the staff. They maintain the property and regularly have workers working on the premises cutting the trees or trimming the bushes. The staff is friendly and always promptly responds to my maintenance request, wethers its something minor or major. If it does require significant work, they communicate the expected time frame. They spray the property for insects, and the staff is constantly picking up trash or fixing something. The pools are always clean. When yearly maintenance needs to be completed in your unit, they notify, email, and even call you. The parking situation is better since it's now 1st come, 1st serve. I have never had an issue finding parking during the week or weekend.I loved that

First week of moving into my new apartment they broke into my garage a year before that they broke into my vehicle and stole my car just recently they stole my tools from my garage. The garage was not opened and they want to charge 3300 for two bedroom two bath bath I put in many reports to the sheriffs department At this point, I’m really starting to believe that it might be the custodians involved in this theft ring. But that is just my opinion.
