Jasmine is amazing and sweet and kind and goes above and beyond to take care of the residents. Jorge is such a good, fast maintenance man and whenever we have issues (which is very rare) he gets it resolved quickly and efficiently. I’ve lived here 8 years and love it here.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the current parking situation at Crestwood Homes in Lake Forest. When I rented a three-bedroom unit, I reasonably expected to be granted at least two parking spaces. Unfortunately, I was only provided with one. I was also informed that if I would like to use an additional parking spot, I would be required to pay an extra $100 per month. As a single mother who has recently experienced the loss of my son and is currently going through a separation, this additional financial burden is extremely difficult. I work two jobs just to make ends meet, and this added cost is simply not something I can afford. Massively disappointed that we have to pay for a 2nd spot for a 3 bedroom apartment… Staff is great & really appreciate their professionalism, but the greed to charge $100 for the 2nd parking spot for a 3 bedroom is awful. It’s flat out wrong.

I’ve been living at crestwood for many years this place is an outstanding place. Very comfortable. Don’t see myself living somewhere else for the moment my family and I very happy.
