Serrano Highlands Apartments

I had the pleasure of walking Serrano Highlands with the management team (Maribel Lopez, Community Director), and I left feeling very pleased and excited about the community. The team was courteous, organized, and highly attentive to the details that matter, both in resident experience and in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. It’s clear the management team is committed to running a professional operation and supporting residents with care and consistency. Thank you for the warm welcome and for being great partners on site.

I lived at Serrano Highlands South for ten months. I'll start with the good: -the parking situation is excellent. I never had to park far from my apartment, and usually right outside my door, and guest parking was available on the street. -the unit had great sized bedrooms and bathrooms. -the in unit laundry was convenient. -no bugs! -the neighborhood was quiet and totally safe -near two nice parks The bad: -they are deluded into calling themselves luxury apartment homes -they kicked my roommate and I out to "renovate" with a 3 sentence letter. Upon speaking with a neighbor who moved into an updated unit, it seems like all they did was repaint and add new window treatments, laminate flooring, and maybe a better kitchen sink and new faucet. She mentioned it was lacking luxury features s

Moises fixed it and Shannon Lee kept pushing the request - what I wanted - all White (day-light) in the whole apartment (they had to change 12 fixtures), Very happy with the on time follow-ups and status updates !!

Moises is always happy and courteous. He performs efficient and quality work and the pride in his work shows. Thank you for always being the best!

After a two year lease, I can say we actually really enjoyed living here. Best apartment complex we stayed in so far. We had to move due to our growing family but we appreciated the extremely quick customer service from the office, the cooperation to upsize apartments earlier when we were expecting, and overall livability. Great community.
