River Oaks Apartments

We lived at River Oaks for four years, and it was a wonderful place to call home. It’s quiet, safe, and both family and pet friendly. The beautiful greenery and local wildlife added a sense of peace and calm to our daily lives. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone whether you're a family, a couple, or simply looking for a welcoming and tranquil community.

Management is very nice and every maintenance person I have had has been awesome! The community is really pretty too. I love just opening up my house and listening to the sound of the creek. Very happy here.

Riveroaks is an amazing community to live in. The large oak trees and flowing river creates a vacation like stay. Great place to experience nature while being in the comfort of your home. We spent 2 years at this community and had a great time. Our apartment was well maintained. The outside was cleaned regularly by the community. All our maintenance requests were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Decent amount of guest parking available. Laundry room was always available to use. Special thanks to Sarah and Ted for managing this community so well. They have done a wonderful job to make our stay very comfortable for the last 2 years.

I had the pleasure of living at Riveroaks for eight years. This community is so peaceful and beautiful. The staff Sarah Ted and Pedro are so kind and attentive. I absolutely loved interacting with them. Their service is prompt and they make it work with your schedule. The upgraded apartments are beautiful and modern with wood floors in the living room and kitchen . I loved the larger sized patio and full washer and dryer space hookups on site in your apt. If you are looking for a wonderful experience all around I highly recommend Riveroaks apartments.

Lived there for 3 yrs. Beautiful complex, lots of trees for shade, always loved walking along the creek in the middle of the complex. Sarah and Ted are wonderful mgrs. Only 3 discrepancies: my apt faced El Toro Rd. The drag racers in the middle of the night were so annoying, and the extra loud music coming from Saddleback Church across the street. Bless those double-paned windows. I didn't know how well they worked, until I left my window open one hot summer night. Third, if footsteps and other typical neighbor noise bothers you, dont get a bottom level unit lol.
