If I could give this place a negative review, I would. I lived in this property for the first two years of my teaching career, from June 16, 2023-June 19, 2025. While I was frustrated at times with the quality of my studio apartment, including rusted appliances and a persistent weed smell despite myself not being a smoker, I cleaned as best I could as was grateful for the opportunity to live in a relatively cheap location, being a first year teacher. After I moved out however, I was fraudulently charged a "Stipulated Damages Fee" because I only provided 1 month of notice that I was moving out. In the lease that I signed, it requested a 60 days notice to move out, but did not indicate any charges would be offered if I did not give a 60 days notice of vacancy. Despite this, I moved out whe

So apparently my review was deleted. All the positive reviews seem fake. Anyway as a previous resident, I do not recommend this place. The manager is horrible and has the worst attitude. maintenance makes it even worse. My family sat in the heat over the summer because we were lied to about the ac being fixed. It’s really a headache. The outside is nice but the interiors are atrocious. Bugs, outdated appliances, nothing ever gets fixed so submitting a request is a waste of time. This review might be deleted as well but I will rate again.

The Maintenance Man Nikko was very knowledgeable and great help for me. He fixed my stove that went out and also my Heat repairing the ignition for my furnace. He’s very kind and funny and works quick. He was a god send for me during these cold winter nights!! Kuddos for a great Team at this Apartment Complex. Absolute treasure!!!!

I was considering moving back because of the affordability. However, the reviews regarding the ROACHES turned me off. Roaches were a problem 3 years ago and I see its still a problem. The ROACHES were everwhere! Cooking and even taking a bath would bring them out. I hoped this problem would have been resolved by now. So no I won't apply.

I’m glad I didn’t listen to the reviews , I worked with Sierra , in which I bugged her to death , but she remained consistent and professional, very personable, at the end of the day it’s as difficult as you want to make as long as you have your end covered she will have you covered , my unit was completely renovated, before you move all your belongings in I like how they give you the option to do a inspection on YOUR OWN , so if there’s Issues you can definitely let them know ahead of time ! I currently have no complaints ! Thank you Sierra !!!!!!!
