Novo Sweetwater

I am thoroughly enjoying my stay here. I highly recommend this apartment community if you looking for somewhere to stay. It is well kept and quiet. The assistant manager, Michelle Smith was very helpful in my search for an apartment. After completion of the application they moved me right in expeditiously. If you looking for somewhere to call home look no further come to Nova Sweetwater.

I haven’t move into novo as yet but just the care the customer service team handled me with makes me so eager to move in. Alexis is the most personable person you could ever tour with. She so down to earth and knowledgeable about the property and its amenities. Then we met Tony and he was so professional and so concerned about helping us through the application process. And Ciera doesn’t care how much times I call with questions she always helps me out. The whole team is amazing and I can’t wait to move in.

My experience with Michelle was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for assisting me in finding a place to call home. I rarely leave reviews, but now that I’m settled, I can’t stop thinking about how wonderful it was to meet her. Michelle, you are truly incredible! Keep that spark ; it shines through in everything you do. I’ve visited many properties, and I have never experienced hospitality like this before. Thank you for making this such a positive and memorable experience!

Shout out to Michelle and Alisa for such excellent customer service and customer care, First of all from the time I walked in the door Alisa greeted me with such a warm smile I was upset about something on my ledger and she talked to me in such a calm voice asked me to have a seat so we could talk, she listened and then Michelle came and they both pulled together to help me. I understand they are a new management company and they are probably learning as they go as well. They deserve some grace while they figure out everything that comes with a new management company. Great Job Ladies in my opinion you Ladies are doing as much as you can, your not God and all good things take time. I appreciate you girlies ❤️

My interaction with the entire team has been wonderful. Since my initial contact with the complex, Leslie has been amazing. She ensured that she guided me through every step of the process, and Tony, the apartment manager, is truly exceptional. The relocation process has been fantastic, and the community is both pleasant and well-maintained. Your team is truly excelling in their work.
