This was my first time buying a house and Rosa Willis was my agent. We found a house and she made the process so freaking easy. She also set me up with a lender, who also made the mortgage process easy. All in all, Ayers Realty is definitely y company I would recommend.

JUST AN FYI FOR ANY HOMEOWNER.. As first time homebuyers, we purchased our home in Douglasville in November 2018. Rosa Willis was our real estate agent. She was very kind and very helpful BUT beware you NEED to ask for a septic tank inspection BEFORE you buy your home. Rosa did not mention this to us, nor does she mention this to her clients (she told me over the phone). We've been in our home less than two years, and we're now displaced due to our septic tank overflowing into our home. This issue with the septic tank is that it was the original septic tank/field lines so they ALL need to be replaced. ALSO, the ground did not perc, SO we're having to move the field lines on the other side of the driveway. Since homeowners insurance doesn't cover the septic tank, we've had to pay $13,000.0
